Public API policy

Acceptable Use

Independent software and data service. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept bets or player funds, operate draws, determine outcomes or pay prizes. This page presents the account, API, data-use, and suspension rules from the current Terms of Service.

Accounts and security

Use accurate account information, protect session and API credentials, and promptly revoke credentials that may be exposed. One person or organization must not create additional accounts or keys to avoid account-level limits.

Access may be suspended when an account, credential, integration, or traffic pattern threatens the service or other users.

Limits and data timing

The account interface and API response headers describe the limits currently applied to an account. Limits apply at account or workspace level and are not multiplied by additional API keys.

Draw schedules, official publication time, ingestion time, plan delivery delay, and cache refresh intervals are separate. A listed target is not a guarantee that a source will publish on time.

Lottery data and corrections

Published results can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Source-confidence labels describe evidence classification and do not imply authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

Do not use the Free Beta as the sole basis for ticket validation, prize payment, settlement, wagering, or another decision that can create financial harm. Confirm material decisions with the applicable lottery operator.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not impair availability, security, or data integrity.

  • Do not scrape customer-only pages, probe credentials, bypass access controls, or conceal automated abuse.
  • Do not resell API credentials, impersonate Lottery Feed API or a lottery authority, or present the service as an official partnership.
  • Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful gambling, fraud, deceptive claims, or unauthorized personal-data processing.

Suspension and termination

Lottery Feed API may rate-limit, suspend, revoke, or end Free Beta access to protect the service, enforce these rules, respond to source restrictions, or close the beta. Users may revoke keys and request account deletion from the account interface.
